They use the KW Policies and Guidelines Manual (P&G) to help guide their Market Center's standards and ethics. Every policy and guideline in the manual has been created and reviewed by our Associate Leadership Councils (“ALC”) (Local, City, Regional, and International) and helps to insure professionalism and fairness in our company.
